4. **Training and Development**
- **Employee Training**: Organizing and facilitating employee development programs, including skill-building workshops and leadership training.
- **Career Development**: Helping employees identify career paths within the organization and providing growth opportunities through mentorship or coaching.
- **Performance Management**: Implementing performance review systems and providing feedback for employee development.

5. **Compliance and Legal**
- **Labor Law Compliance**: Ensuring that the company complies with labor laws, including fair wage practices, anti-discrimination policies, and occupational safety regulations.
- **Policy Development**: Developing and enforcing company policies related to employee conduct, attendance, harassment, and other workplace issues.
- **Health and Safety**: Overseeing workplace safety programs and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety laws.

6. **Employee Data Management**
- **HR Information Systems (HRIS)**: Managing and maintaining employee records, such as personal information, job history, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.
- **Data Analysis**: Using HR data to track employee trends (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) and help guide strategic decision-making.
