Joining a fast-paced shared service supporting a global business, you’ll be responsible for excellence in all things people-related. You’ll:
- Lead and coach the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee team performance, plan resources, refine processes and policies
- Manage data requests and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify areas of improvement and lead projects to raise standards, simplify processes and ensure consistency and quality throughout.

**You’ll succeed because**
you’re process orientated, with HR operations experience in a dynamic environment. You:
- Have in-depth HR systems and process expertise
- Can lead a team, coaching, supporting and guiding others to improve performance
- Manage internal customers well, communicating openly, listening carefully and acting as an ambassador for the shared service model
- Are fair, consistent and able to make independent decisions quickly and reasonably.
