- Client Engagement & Deal Closing: Take a hands-on approach in negotiating, closing deals, and managing client relationships. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that promote Grasp Software Solutions' products and services, ensuring brand consistency and market positioning.
- Public Relations & Brand Awareness: Manage media relations, create press releases, and establish thought leadership through content creation and outreach to boost the company’s visibility.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer-facing presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Negotiation: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and sales efforts.
- Assist IT Project Coordinator: Work closely with the IT Project Coordinator to ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, help manage project timelines, and support client-facing documentation and updates related to ongoing projects.
- Project Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation of project-related materials, including reports, status updates, and presentations, ensuring that all marketing and PR efforts align with the project milestones.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven Experience: 2-5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or sales, with a focus on deal closure and customer negotiation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate the value of complex software solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Marketing Knowledge: Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically, adapt strategies, and find creative solutions to challenges.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with mínimal supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with the IT Project Coordinator and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology or a related field.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in the software or tech industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 per month, depending on experience.
- Sales Commissions: Additional commission on successful deal closures.
