**Shop Manager**
Salary Range: Up to RM3.5k (Dep on exp) + Commission
Working Hours: 8am - 6pm (Mon - Sat)
Working Location: Taman Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru
Company Background: Hardware & building materials supplier

**Job Scope**:

- In-charge of daily operations of the store
- Lead, coach and motivate sales associates with highest level of care to customers
- Drive and encourage sales team to meet store sales goals
- Coordinate and facilitate merchandising and promotional activities
- Maintain and support store merchandising, oversee inventory and cash till management

**Requirements & Remarks**:

- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia & Speak and written professionally in Mandarin.
- At least 1-2 years working experience of retail shop supervisor/manager
- Able to communicate with customer and be confident to manage staff

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
