**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Planning and Coordination**:

- Developing and implementing logistics plans for transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective inventory control measures.
- Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing warehouse space.
- **Transportation Management**:

- Negotiating transportation rates and contracts with carriers.
- Planning and optimizing transportation routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- **Warehousing**:

- Overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status and potential issues.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**:

- Identifying and resolving logístical issues, such as delays, damage, or discrepancies.
- Making sound decisions based on data and analysis to optimize logistics processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: To identify and resolve logístical challenges.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: To effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- **Knowledge of supply chain management principles**: To understand the flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
- **Experience with inventory management software**: To track and manage inventory levels.
- **Familiarity with transportation and warehousing operations**: To effectively plan and coordinate logistics activities.
