**FarmByte Sdn Bhd is growing its operation and would like to invite those who are interested in performing these Job Descriptions;**
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions.
- Update inventory databases and systems in real time.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates to identify slow-moving or obsolete item.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system record.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet business needs while minimizing carrying costs.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust stock accordingly.
- Inspect goods upon receipt for quality and quantity compliance.
- Oversee proper handling, storage, and labeling of inventory to avoid damage or spoilage.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) or other stock rotation methods are implemented where applicable.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system record.
- Implement measures to prevent inventory loss due to theft, damage, or mismanagement.
- Monitor stock movement to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports on stock levels, shortages, excess inventory, and turnover rates.
- Provide regular updates to management on inventory performance and issues.

- _Minimum Degree in any related discipline._
- _Minimum 3 years' experience in either relevant role._
- _Good knowledge in MS Office._
- _Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal skills._
- _Experience in handling fresh produce will be an added advantage._
- _Must be able to work additional hours to achieve dedicated targets._
- _A team player with a positive attitude. _
- _Able to manage stressful situation for self and team._

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
