Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the operation department with a positive and solution-focused approach.
2. Train and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive, can-do work environment.
3. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
4. Ensure that operational activities run smoothly and adhere to quality and customer service standards, demonstrating a can-do attitude in overcoming challenges.
5. Coordinate and manage the arrangement of suppliers, ensuring efficient organization.
6. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Requirement:
1. Proven experience as an Operation Supervisor or in a similar role **(cosmetic and skincare factory experience)**
2. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, characterized by a positive and -proactive approach.
3. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, essential for the fast-paced nature of this role.
4. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
5. Language Requirements: Proficient in Malay & English
6. Age qualification of 35 years and above

Team Operation:
30 below

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
