**IT Executive**

Selangor | Full-time position

The IT Executive is to provide solutions on the installation, upgrades and maintenance of all infrastructure-related resources of ACE EdVenture Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage user accounts and perform access control on current and future systems eg. Microsoft, Google etc.
- Liaise with internet service providers and relevant vendors or suppliers on setup, implementation, repair, maintenance of IT hardware and software when required
- Manage and maintain School Management Systems
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Assist in ICT (Information, Communication & Technologies) classes
- Propose improvements to existing system and standard operating procedures
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.

**Job Requirements**:

- Malaysian with excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Having work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Willing to travel (from school to school).
