Maintain and update records of foreign workers, including work permits, visas, and passports.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new foreign workers, including accommodation and welfare arrangements.
- Handle inquiries from foreign workers and provide necessary administrative support.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all related documents.
- **Assist in salary preparation, including payroll processing for foreign workers.**:
- **Ensure accuracy in wage calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, or other relevant deductions).**:
- **Coordinate with the finance or HR department to ensure timely salary payments.**:
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
