**Role and Responsibilities**
- Justified the fully utilisation of the production supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Train and evaluate the workforce provided.
- Fully understand the flow of each processing line from point of receiving to delivery and distribution.
- Understand the operation of each machine and readily offer opinions on improvement.
- Alert with the CCPs and/or HCPs identified as well as the significant operation parameters.
- Plan the cost-effective production schedule systematically in advance.
- Beware of the maximum production capacity and organise your production batches systematically to reduce the operation cost.
- Organise the workforce properly and smartly to ensure high productivity.
- Make sure the production quantity is complied with the sales order quantity required. Over and under-production shall be minimised.
- Cooperate with the Sales, QC, Purchasing, Maintenance and Logistic Department to ensure smooth production flow and minimise the product and/or material shortage issues.
- Comply with SOP and/or product and packing specifications approved by the R & D Department.
- Make sure the production areas and surroundings are cleaned and sanitised thoroughly each time after the production.
- Make sure the daily production and cleaning records are up-to-date in compliance with the MeSTI, GMP, HACCP and HALAL standards as well as Food Hygiene Regulations 2009.
- Make sure all the operators are well-equipped with PPE supplies, i.e. hairnet, face mask, gloves, aprons, safety goggles (if necessary) and safety boots and/or rubber cover shoes.

**Basic Requirements**
- Familiar with Food Act 1983, Food Regulations 1985, and Food Hygiene Regulations 2009.
- Able to learn and follow the rules and regulations stated in MeSTI, GMP, HACCP and HALAL standards.
- Basic computer and data collection skills.
- Be strict during on-site production monitoring and able to give clear instructions as a leader.
