**Company Background:**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain all EHS-related documents and files in accordance with internal policies and technical quality specifications.
- Regularly update and archive EHS documents to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and traceability.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and revision of EHS management manuals, procedures, and related documentation.
- Collect, compile, and analyze EHS data and reports to support operational decision-making.
- Provide insights through EHS data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the latest EHS laws, regulations, and standards.
- Support internal and external EHS audits, including documentation review and audit preparation.
- Organize and coordinate EHS training sessions for employees, and maintain accurate training records.
- Assist in tracking incidents, near misses, and hazards, and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
- Liaise with external agencies for EHS-related documentation and reporting requirements.
- Carry out duties in strict compliance with relevant technical and quality specifications.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the EHS department.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with EHS management systems, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.
- Experience in EHS data handling or auditing is an advantage.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- EHS data handling or auditing: 1 year (required)
- EHS management systems: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
