**Responsibilities**:

- 1. To prepare the financial reporting, analytics and performance monitoring
- 2. To ensure financial reports and analytics are accurate, complete and timely
- 3. To ensure compliance to accounting principles and practices, and promote best practices
- 4. Carry out and prepare financial accounts consolidation and reporting in compliance with approved policies, statutory requirements, accounting principles/standards and industry's best practices
- 5. Carry out and prepare business performance analysis to identify trends and deviation from budget as well as comparative numbers, and provide recommendations so as to ensure business goals are achieved against target and financial impact is addressed
- 6. Carry out and prepare monthly financial reporting papers and other ad-hoc reports to committees established, Board of Directors, stakeholders and lenders
- 7. Carry out and prepare for budget process and provide analytical support as well as challenges the numbers, to ensure alignment and cohesiveness to the business plan and growth direction
- 8. Carry out and prepare for audit process, highlight potential issues and recommend resolution that manages the financial impact
- 9. Assist superior (s) in implementing financial reporting audit recommendations (arose from Internal and External audit) to ensure the robustness of the financial reporting processes and controls, and resolve audit issues identified in appropriate and timely manner**Benefits**:
