**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assurance checks on the developed solution.
- Establish reporting and alerting requirements.
- Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the project team.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Develop and manage detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide user training and create support documentation.
- Provided actionable feedback to development teams to enhance app functionality.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement activities
- To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates is encourage to apply
- Required language(s): English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision
- At least 1 years of proven professional experience in related fields

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
