- 【Key Responsibilities】
- Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the construction cycle.
- Planning and manage MEP work from commencement to completion.
- Overall responsibility for MEP procurement, quality assurance and safety control.
- Ensure MEP works is completed in accordance with the project requirements and budget.
- Attend and/or chair regular project related meetings/site with project team members / clients / consultants / sub-contractors.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, schedule, value engineering and cost reduction efforts.
- Ensure works are carried out as per contract and authorities’ requirements.
- To comply with all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management Systems.
- ** Requirement**:

- Education Background : Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience : At least 10 years of experience in construction field, including 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
- Require Skill : Construction a DATA CENTER experience is a MUST
- Around 3+ years’ leadership experience in the field of data center's project construction is PREFERRED
- Excellent knowledge of building service system - Mechanical ventilation, lifts, fire protection, electrical & low voltage and utilities.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, M&E materials, and methods of construction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship and with various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead a diverse team to achieve a common goal
