Accounts Payable Analyst

You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the reconciliation and other business support services on a global scale. You’ll join the Account Payable team within Financial Services. **You’ll play an important role in**:

- driving continuous improvements within the process area, i.e., providing the Service Delivery Owner with suggestion.
- serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external regarding accounts payable inquiries and issues.
- resolve discrepancies by working closely with vendors and internal departments.
- provide exceptional support by responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and enhance vendor relationships.
- participate in the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.

**To succeed in the role, you**:

- have a bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a member of any professional bodies.
- have experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within accounts payable.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle vendor interactions professionally.
- have an analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving.
- basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
