Monitor Hostel Environmental.
- Follow up Hostel Maintenance Report.
- Analyse call out issue / Discipline / Attitude / then issue Warning Letters if necessary.
- Summary Clinic, issue Medical Chit / Medical Claims.
- Received Purchases General Request Form / PO, Supplier / Vendor.
- Issue Purchase Requestion, get Approval, request payment, and order to Supplier.
- Received In-out calls.
- Machine copier (Maintenance.)
- Billing invoices (TNB / SAJ / Collected over usage for Hostel).
- Accident, Injury & Harassment Record.
- Issue Memorandum.
- Manage Office Supplies Stock and Place Orders.
- Prepare Regular Reports on Expenses and Office Budgets.
- Maintain and Update Company Databases.
- Organize a Filing System for Important and Confidential Company Documents Answer Queries by Employees and Clients.
- Update of Hostel Policies as needed.
- Maintain for Company Calendar and Schedule Appointments.
- Documentation & Filling.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
- 2 years (preferred)
- Female / Male
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and team wise.
- Good personality with positive attitude and self-confidence.
**Expected Start Date**: Immediate availability is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
