**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Technology Risk Analyst** to join our team and support the **Technology Risk Manager** in managing and mitigating technology risks across the Bank. You will play a key role in assessing, monitoring, and reporting on transversal technology risks, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s operational framework and strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Technology Risk Manager in their role as **Risk Policy Owner (RPO)** for technology risks (2nd line of defence).
- Conduct environmental scanning to identify emerging technology risks and trends.
- Evaluate reported technology risk scenarios to assess likelihood, impact, and prioritization, proposing action plans for mitigation.
- Support awareness programs to promote effective management of transversal technology risks.
- Consolidate and escalate risk findings to the **Risk Management Department (RMD)** and risk oversight committees.
- Act as **Line Department Risk Champion** (1st line of defence) by identifying risk events, causes, controls, and action plans.
- Provide advisory services and consultancy to stakeholders on technology risk matters.
- Maintain and monitor risk registers, KRIs, mitigation plans, and departmental risk events.
- Ensure timely submission and closure of risk mitigation actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent.
- Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills. More than 2 years experience in IT system and technology. Knowledge on risk management will be an added advantage.

- Skilled at translating technical risk concepts into business-friendly terms.
- Clear and confident communication of risk issues without over-reliance on technical jargon.
