Retail Support
- Take lead in retail support department proactively.
- Preparing and compiling reports for business review purpose.
- Facilitate shop managers to evaluate shops against target benchmarks.
- Identifying strengths and weakness and creating shop development plans based on the findings.
- Provide consistent feedback on performance against accountabilities and build into personal training plans.
- Review all business procedures and working with Head of retail create robust procedures and processes with supporting manuals to improve retail operations.
- Work with Head of Retail to create a retail marketing calendar.
- Checking of commission payable and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in compiling of requests sent by branches and direct requests to related parties for follow-up actions, e.g. branch maintenance.
- Provide support to Area Managers in relation to all branch matters and raising alerts that require their follow-up actions.
- Taking of minutes during meetings as and when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
- To assist in organize, oversee monthly submission.
- To assist in data research, market survey (travel if necessary).
- Upkeep documents.

Warehousing
- Oversee and supporting all warehousing activities.
- Using Business Information reports to ensure supply chain of stocks of new goods is effectively managed from source to point of sale.
- Checking and perform reconciliation of stock balance for all branches and ensure proper follow-up actions.

Ecommerce
- Oversee and supporting Ecommerce social activities.
- Working together with others on driving sales and marketing spend.
- Preparing and compiling reports for business review purpose.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work as a team.
- Demonstrated strong supervisory and leadership skills.
