Lead Manager

**About the Role**:
Lead a team that delivers Business to Business (B2B) operational activities to manage firm and other B2B relationships and interactions related to membership recruitment, progression, retention, and product sales.

Support AICPA & CIMA professional qualification/ membership and gateways and pathways End to End (E2E) operational activities. You will report to Senior Manager - Order to Cash and manage a team.

**You Will**:

- Collaboratively work with member experience team to achieve the forecasted membership KPI, both in counts and revenue through efforts of the Firm Operations team
- Be a Firm Operations representative in inter-departmental planning/coordination meetings establishing relationships with other departments and oversee the coordination with other Finance teams, IT, and the Core Dues Team to manage the Firm Billing process annual.
- Ensure business to business invoicing, collection, exam credit and other operational activities are performed for AICPA & CIMA professional qualification/ membership and other gateways and pathways.
- Report the performance and trends of sales channels and deals, debtor balances and ageing and other ad hoc reports that are required by management for decision-making.
- Oversee receiving and recording of business-to-business professional qualification/ membership and other gateways and pathways billing and billing adjustment requests ensuring accurate revenue recognition, validity of sale with the availability of signed sales contract, accurate accounting through legal entity, product and other elements, accurate tax accounting.
- Review billing exceptions, credit memos, debit memos and refunds.
- Oversee and accurate closure of month-end ensuring all revenue for the month and year-end.
- Work with other finance responsibilities within GBS, corporate and region, and business teams to resolve issues.

**You Have**:

- Degree or equivalent related experience in customer service and invoicing/ collection environment with related management experience
- Experience managing operational reengineering projects.
- Understanding of CPA & CGMA profession, CPA firms
- Advanced knowledge of CRM
