**Job Title: CNC Programmer (Mandarin-speaking)**

Location: Selangor

Salary Range: RM 5,000 - RM 6,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

**Job Type**: Full-Time | Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for precision machining of medical and dental components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining tasks
- Set up and operate CNC machines for testing and validation of new programs
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure manufacturability and accuracy
- Monitor and troubleshoot machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of programs, setups, and changes for traceability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the machining and production areas

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operations (preferably in OEM manufacturing)
- Proficiency in using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of G-code, machine operations, tooling, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under mínimal supervision

**Preferred Traits**:

- Prior experience in the medical or dental manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO 13485)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
