_Biofina Sdn Bhd is a leading E-commerce company specializing in health and wellness products. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities and social media management for both Malaysia and Singapore markets._

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute marketing strategies: Work closely with creators to create engaging content and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's sales objectives. This includes developing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and ultimately drive sales.

Social media management: Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and on-portal feeds. Create engaging and relevant content, schedule posts, monitor social media trends, and respond to relevant customer inquiries or comments.

Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the brand teams, product development team, and creative support departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with new product launches, sales objectives, and brand guidelines.

Budget management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenses. Monitor costs and ensure all marketing activities are within budgetary constraints.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, social media metrics, and market trends. Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Strong understanding of E-commerce environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.

Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages such as Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
