**Job Description and Qualifications**

Nature and Scope

The incumbent will be responsible for performing office’s & warehouse administrative activities efficiently.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To ensure ISO & Safety procedures are followed in the warehouse
- To escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.
- Take proper care of warehouse inventories e.g. cylinders, hardgoods & etc.
- To coordinate in loading and unloading & deliveries of cylinders from daily incoming trucks
- Responsible for SAP transactions related to delivery scheduling, good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventory-related activities
- Prepares delivery schedules for distribution and walk-in customers.
- To ensure all deliveries are done on timely & safely to customer.
- To ensure that all relevant documents for vehicle are valid and updated
- To handle authority/permits/licence requirement
- To assist ISO internal & external audit and to comply to all the ISO 9001:2000 procedures and other related procedures.
- Assist in Facility Management - fixtures, furniture, air-conditioning, fire fighting equipment, cafeteria & pantry (including stock count), printer meter readings and cartridge replenishment, pots & plants, pest control, ater dispensers, utility, prayer, first aid, nursing, storerooms, first aid and HRO items and housekeeping.
- Assist in Coordination of Meeting, Training or Conference -Meeting Room / Training room & Cafeteria area for internal and external meeting/training.
- Provide administrative assistance for internal / external visitors and travel assistance.
- Processing e forms, PR, petty cash claim, Invoices
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma levels
- 1-2 years in the gas/chemical industry is preferred.
- Experience in SAP is added advantage
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- A team player with effective communication skills and customer oriented.
