The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase car sales and revenue for the dealership. This role involves a combination of sales activities, customer interaction, and marketing initiatives aimed at attracting potential buyers and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
Actively engage with potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing information about available vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process.

Conduct test drives and accompany customers through the showroom, highlighting features and benefits of different car models.

Marketing Initiatives:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the dealership's inventory and attract potential buyers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, both digital and traditional (online ads, brochures, flyers, etc.).

Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Generate leads through various channels such as walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain and update customer databases, recording interactions, preferences, and purchase history using CRM tools.

Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, providing support, updates, and information on new inventory or special promotions.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and local market trends.

Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team, providing them with necessary marketing materials, product information, and support to assist in closing sales.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of marketing principles, advertising, and sales strategies.

Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with analytics tools.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet sales targets.

A valid driver’s license.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
