- Manage commercial and contractual matters with end users, including supply and installation agreements, contract preparation, invoicing, payment follow-up, and coordination with import/export agencies for customs clearance.
- Review and revise project tender documents, proposals, and commercial quotations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Project, and Finance teams to meet project schedules and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with branch offices and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain strong professional communication with clients, including managing business correspondence and customer engagement activities.
- Support management with any ad hoc commercial or administrative tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project or contract management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented, professional, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
