Customer Service Representative Online Sales

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing customer for promoting and selling AFYAA product.
- To follow up and reply to customers inquires regarding their product purchase mainly on WhatsApp.
- Required to do sales while build a long lasting relationship with customers via WhatsApp (Training will be provided).
- To make sure customers is satisfied and will repeat orders of our AFYAA products.
- Prepare reports: Daily sales report, sales performance and customer feedback.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum qualification SPM
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Have previous experience as Customer Service/Sales Assistant/Tele sales/ would be an added advantage.
- Passionate in doing sales and have spirit to success in achieving goals.
- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Required language**:Bahasa Melayu** is a **MUST**.

**BENEFITS**:

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
