The experience involving in software support for office or customer
- The employee should be able to maintain computer systems and networks.
- Follow and maintain technical Standard of Procedure to ensure efficient planning and execution
- To be involve in Software Testing and Quality assurance of the company and report the management for analytical purpose.
- Able to solve problems / issues and reduce the number of issues/system errors.
- Need to monitor and provide support to the users
- Site visiting for system installation and configuration whenever is required

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS SQL, Analytical and problem solving
- At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Independent
- Shift working require
- Able to travel when it’s required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
