National Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strong strategy that meets organizational sales target and to achieve the company's sales objectives
- Overseeing local sales performance, activities and promotional campaigns
- Manage sales teams to help business grow up.
- Generate relevant sales report to make evaluation (sales teams) identify sales opportunities, future improvement.
- Ensure follow up with customers for payments and various administrative requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Develop effective sales incentive plan driving sales and non sales KPI performance.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent are preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in managerial level with sales management experience in FMCG business
- Team player, analytical and leadership qualities
- Ability to guide and mentor sales team.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills and pro-active with good working attitude.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantage).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel where necessary.
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
