Specialization: MS Excel and Power BI c. Target Onboarding Date: ASAP d. e. Location: Georgetown, Penang e. Type: Full-time f. Shift: Regular shift and/or 24/7 **Responsibilities**: - Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization - Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided. - Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes. - Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations. - Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern. - Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary. - Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues. - Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation. **Requirements**: - Degree in Discipline or equivalent diploma - Working experience with Power BI - Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties. - Working experience in KPI monitoring - Working experience in contact centre sector is desirable. - Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes. - Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change. - Strong interest in business and business development - Good understanding of information technology - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical skills in order to perform standard reports with mínimal variance. - Experienced in database query languages. - Expertise on Power B If interested, kindly attach your updated Resume & please fill up below requested details: Nationality: Current location: Preferred Location: DOB Highest Education: Total Experience: Relevant Experience: Current Salary: Notice Period: Single/Married: Willing to relocate: Thanks & Regards Selvi **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Rotational shift **Experience**: - Business analysis: 1 year (preferred) - Power BI: 1 year (preferred) - Customer support: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - Chinese (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Penang Hill (required) Ability to Relocate: - Penang Hill: Relocate before starting work (required)
