Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation and management of the HACCP system for restaurants including internal audits and HACCP audits.
- Provide thorough audit reports and timely and accurate reviews of outlet corrective action and closure.
- Organise external lab testing including microbiological test, swab test, ice and water testing and test equipment calibration for compliance checking.
- Liaise with the pest control company to manage the pest control programs'
- Develop hygiene & sanitation and restaurant compliance training materials and competency assessments.
- Conduct hygiene & sanitation and restaurant compliance training for central kitchen and restaurant staffs.
- Provide consultation to central kitchen and restaurants for personal hygiene and food handling-related issues.
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
