**Job responsibilities**:

- Handle daily reservations and ticketing inquiries using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets and flight reservations to meet client demands.
- Assist with visa requirements, car rentals, accommodations, and other related travel services.
- Ensure accuracy in travel bookings, including departure and arrival dates, passenger information, and special requests.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Address and resolve ticketing issues, including flight cancellations, delays, and schedule changes.
- Work on a shift rotation basis, including after working hours, to handle emergency ticketing matters.
- Promote special fare offers and travel packages to clients and identify upselling opportunities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in the tourism industry or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Consultant at a travel agency (at least 3 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Sabre GDS, with knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo as an advantage.
- Ability to book flights, issue, reissue, and refund tickets.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry.
