Ecommerce Executive

**Requirement**
- Familiar/ Interested with E-Commerce and social media understanding of web technologies.
- Familiar/ interested with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, WooCommerce, etc. or Shopee/Lazada equivalent in Malaysia
- Experience of MS Office
- Excel, Words, Google Sheets, Coding

**Job description**
- Working hours: 11 am - 8 pm
- To be able to attend virtual meetings in accordance with UK/USA time zone (not regularly)
- Able to work on Malaysia public holidays on rotation basis
- Develop marketing strategies to grow the e-commerce platform
- Cooperate with the cross-functional team to fulfil e-commerce daily operation
- Develop a strong relationship with customers to achieve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with category managers to enhance product promotions
- Work with Senior E-commerce Executive in managing the seller accounts
- Answering customer inquiry, complaint, warranty claim, product exchange request, and others
- Optimize product listing and product content
- To do monthly action plans and yearly business plans
- Dealing with prices on flash sales to get better feature positions of products
- Liaising the logistic department to ensure the order's products are shipped
- May be dealing with oversea buyers from UK/USA (shadowing)
- Replenish e-commerce stock and coordinate with the purchasing department
- To engage and monitor marketing campaign to boost brand awareness and conversion rate
