** Key Responsibilities**

** Sales Support & Coordination**
- Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in the system.
- Ensure all orders are entered accurately and in line with company policies.
- Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Support sales executives with documentation for tenders, proposals, and bids.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing.
- Monitor and keep track of clients’ service renewal dateline

** Reporting & Documentation**
- Track sales orders, stock availability, and delivery status.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

** Customer Service**
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support issue resolution related to order processing, delivery, or billing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

** Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service.
- Experience in IT/telecom is an added advantage.

** Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
