**Hiring Order Coordinator for Electrical MNC**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Pre-orders coordination with various parties - Sales team, Customers, Logistics, Marketing, to ensure transactional orders are handled accurately for timely booking and deliveries.
- Perform end to end transaction order processing in SAP system (including customer orders with SST exemption)
- Managing transactional orders backlog in ensuring timely deliveries as per customers' requested delivery dates.
- Proactively liaise and coordinate with factory, procurement and delivery team on logistic arrangement and close monitoring of products/goods shipment
- Prepare shipping invoice for custom clearance and issue delivery order for products/goods shipment (if needed)
- Escalation management in liaising with Procurement, Logistics, Factory and Commercial Team in resolving customers order and delivery complaints.
- Prepare and send various reports such as Transaction Business Sales Status, Backlog report and etc
- Handle customer's order inquiries and complaints, if any.
- Lead transformation initiatives such as process simplification and improvement on Order management process.
- Any other order management related tasks/activities assigned (if any) and ad-hoc assignments by manager.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or other fields.
- Experience in order management and supply chain operations
- Knowledge in SAP on SD (Sales & Distribution) module
- Intermediate excel skills (such as simple formulas and pivot tables)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
