**Job Purpose *
The Business Analyst/PM will analyse business requirements, project issues, produce project artefacts (such as Functional Specification Documents), translating business requirements into technical requirements. He/She will work on multiple transformation projects simultaneously, make project planning, control project implementation and carry out Project Management activities.

**Key Responsibilities *
**Understanding requirements**
- Ability to solicit and elicit requirements from business and technology units to explore impact of decisions and recommend improvements
- Understand business priorities, documenting requirements and determining solutions in partnership with the vendors and/or internal teams
- Assess design requirement and its fitness in the existing architecture environment in comply with the enterprise architecture standards.
- Understand the architecture techniques including gap analysis and requirement gathering.
- Liase with Compliance, Risk and control functions to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements

Ability to contribute to manage and communicate change in both operations and business partners in the bank-
**Perform High Level Solutioning**
- Develop and coordinate the documentation of the High Level Solutions
- Work with the vendor team to develop High Level Solutions if required
- Prepare Functional Specification Document and document BCJ / BCW
- Assist in designing and developing solution architecture patterns and work with other team members in identifying common reusable patterns and standardize them across the group and country level for the identified business domain area.
- Work collaboratively with solution developers to ensure technical solution meets customer requirements and leads to user satisfaction.
- Prepare solution engineering documents for the programs and projects under the business portfolio by mapping various technology products into the architecture design for optimal design with sizing details by considering the business non-functional requirements to comply with the enterprise architecture standards.
- Liaising with technology teams to ensure the requirements are understood and that functional and design proposals are fit for purpose

Facilitate work package prioritization to ensure on time solutions delivery**Project Management**
- Develop and maintain the project plan either independently or in collaboration with other teams
- Track and maintain Change Request documentation to ensure traceability
- Identify and communicate key project risks, defining mitigation strategies and managing resolution
- Identify and communicate inter-project dependencies to stakeholders and other project team members
- Organise and deliver functional presentation in stakeholder meetings
- Manage approval and sign off for project requirement, testing and implementation

Manage project schedules and set solutions priorities.**Job Specification *
**Qualifications**:

- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc)- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
- Desired skills with Zachman architectural modeling techniques, usage of architect tools like Telelogic, Aris and/or Architec, PMP Certification would be an added advantageRelevant Work Experience
- Exposure to large scale business transformation project and enterprise change management
- Knowledge of full software lifecycle development and experience in large and complex systems within the financial sectors.
- Experience in managing RENTAS & SWIFT related project or with local and cross border high value payment business and operations knowledge In-dept knowledge on High and Low value payments in both the consumer and corporate segments is an added advantage**Required Competencies and Skills *

- Good understanding on the stated business domain with proven track record in solutioning for large scale programs and projects.
- Understands all dimensions of system design, including requirements for performance, scalability, release-management, industry technologies, upgrade path, costs of ownership for the overall solution.
