Kami sedang mencari seorang **HR & Admin Executive** yang mempunyai **lebih daripada 2 tahun pengalaman** dalam menguruskan bahagian **HR, Admin, atau kedua-duanya sekali**. Calon mestilah seorang yang **berdisiplin, tegas, tahu mengurus kerja tanpa disuruh, mampu menyelesaikan masalah, serta fasih berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris**.
Sebagai syarikat yang baru berkembang, kami mencari individu yang boleh berdikari dan menjadi tulang belakang dalam pengurusan operasi syarikat.
Responsibilities (Tanggungjawab)
- Uruskan HR & Admin day-to-day operations syarikat.
- Rekrut & uruskan pekerja baru (iklan, interview, offer letter).
- Sediakan rekod pekerja: attendance, cuti, disiplin, kontrak.
- Uruskan payroll (gaji, OT, allowance, KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, claim, advance).
- Sediakan dokumen syarikat (surat rasmi, filing, invois, quotation).
- Uruskan pembelian & stok pejabat serta logistik.
- Support pengurusan projek & operasi.
- Pastikan semua urusan HR & Admin ikut undang-undang buruh.
Requirements (Kelayakan)
- Minimum Diploma/Degree dalam HR / Admin / Business Management atau setara.
- **Lebih daripada 2 tahun pengalaman kerja** dalam HR, Admin, atau kedua-duanya.
- Seorang yang **berdisiplin, tegas, dan boleh berdikari**.
- Ada **problem-solving skill** dan tahu ambil tindakan sendiri.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam **Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Inggeris**.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Benefits (Faedah)
- Gaji**:RM2,200 - RM2,800** (bergantung pengalaman).
- Probation**:3 bulan**. Selepas probation, kenaikan gaji **berdasarkan prestasi kerja**.
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS (selepas confirmation).
- Allowance & claim (jika berkaitan).
- Peluang naik pangkat & berkembang bersama syarikat.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
