Department: Settlement

Reporting: Settlements and Payments Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage client funds deposit and withdrawals among various e-wallet and payment provider.

2. Prepare transaction record from all payment provider and report daily balance.

3. Make the daily reconciliation and investigate the variance.

4. Respond in payment channels and take care all related enquiries.

5. Monitor and resolve failed payment transactions and work closely with our Operation Team.

6. Execute the foreign currency exchange among payment providers, banks and also crypto platforms.

7. Research, collect feedback related to payment channels for enhancement on workflow.

3. Proactively to resolve some potential problem.

5. Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and details

Experience & skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in Forex, Banking or Settlement.

3. Good Communication skills in English

4. Proficiency in Mandarin

5. Familiar with computer technology, included Microsoft Office, Windows and Messenger.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
