The Medical Doctor is typically involved in the overall management and supervision of the clinic's medical services. Some of the key roles and responsibilities of a Medical Doctor may include:
Clinical Leadership: Responsible for providing clinical leadership to the medical team, ensuring that all medical staff are providing high-quality care to patients. They must ensure that all medical procedures, treatments and consultations are in compliance with local and national standards, and that they are updated on the latest medical practices and techniques.

Patient Care: As the primary medical practitioner in the clinic, the doctor must ensure that patients receive the highest quality care, and that they are treated with empathy, respect, and dignity. This may involve diagnosing and treating medical conditions, managing chronic illnesses, providing preventative care, and making referrals to specialists when necessary and this can be done both physically and virtually via telehealth platform.

Management and Administration: Responsible for the overall management and administration of the clinic, which includes managing staff, overseeing budgets, ordering medical supplies, and maintaining patient records. They must also ensure that the clinic is in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures. They will also involve in engagement activities in all channels and aspect to the target audience.

Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. They must work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as pharmacist, nurses, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM13,378.56 per month
