E-commerce Product Coordinator

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Products, you will support the growth of the business through developing world class products and services.

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive to join our Products Department. Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**

Online Store Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Manage product listings, including creating, updating, and optimizing product pages for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Manage and update product descriptions, images, prices and other content.
- Execute digital content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- To assist in product launches, go-to market strategies, and being on set for photo shoot management

Product Acquisition:

- Monitor, Maintain and Grow our product (sofa template) library
- Create, Monitor and Track product request, ensuring that all customers can find their products
- Identifying problematic areas that impact conversion metrics through customer feedback and working alongside Customer Support, Production and R&D to find solutions
- Become a product expert and video call customers to walk through product measurements
- Gathering product data, customer feedback, competitor research and consumer trends.

Product Information Management:

- Organize and maintain product information, including auditing and data entry
- Fixing product codes and creating production tearsheet, Quality Control training and info packs

Increase Customer Experience
- Work with the customer support team to resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage product reviews and ratings, addressing customer feedback and concerns.
- Work with UI/UX teams to enhance the online shopping experience for customers, ensuring a user-friendly interface and smooth checkout process.

Competitor Analysis:

- Monitor competitor websites and market trends to stay competitive and informed.

**The Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce or equivalent
- Other people describe you as meticulous/ perfectionist and you are the go-to person for checking things over
- Loves to create a sense of order and stability that allows others to thrive
- Natural tendency to be positive, curious and willing to learn
- Results driven and motivated by delivering on time to high standards
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify,) and content management systems.
- Able to communicate (write) in Mandarin is a huge advantage

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
