Admin Executive

1. To assist Project Engineer on project paperwork/monthly claim.
2. To submit TNB Application form and deal with TNB officers when needed.
3. To manage proper documentation and filing for record keeping.
4. To prepare a Statement of Account on a monthly basis and courtesy calling to clients for payment.
5. To update and maintain accurate accounting entry into the accounting system, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
6. To execute any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job requirements
- Required Skills: Microsoft Word & Excel (computer literate), basic accounting knowledge
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English, Chinese will be added advantage
- Willing to work extended hours if needed
- Willing to handle work offsite if needed
- Self-motivated person, able to work independently, confident, proactive character, with a track record of taking the lead
- Able to work under pressure
