- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing **basic 6S** housekeeping practices.
- Operate and monitor equipment by performing **all Level 1 operational tasks** to ensure smooth production.
- Continuously **load input materials** to keep equipment running efficiently and minimize downtime.
- Transfer **processed materials** to the next stage of production while ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Work on a **12-hour rotating shift**, including **weekends and public holidays**, as required.
- Adhere to staggered break schedules and provide **break-time coverage** for team members to maintain workflow continuity.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum **SPM qualification** or equivalent.
- Willingness to **work 12-hour shifts**, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to follow **safety and operational procedures** in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency.
