Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Be the primary of contact on assigned set of clients, end to end account management including minor write-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Responsible for planning, managing and monitoring company’s social media to increase brand awareness, marketing efforts and sales.
- Clearly communicate/update the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to superior.
- Enhance department and company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Forecast and track account metrics (e.g. compile weekly sales results and quarterly forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Responsible for planning/working with the marketing team to prepare all necessary advertising/marketing material to introduce/promote new releases.
- Liaise between the client and internal teams.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in account management and copy writing.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a team environment.
- Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
