**This is your role. What part will you play?**

In this role, you will support the Procurement team in the followings:
**Vendor and Supplier Management**:
- Review, register, and accurately update vendor master information.- Support supplier sourcing and prequalification processes.

**Procurement Operations & Processing**:

- Assist in the end-to-end preparation and processing of procurement documents, including Request for Quotations (RFQs), bid evaluations, and purchase orders.

**Internal & External Coordination**:
- Proactively coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide timely updates on procurement-related topics.- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to track deliveries and resolve any logístical or supply chain issues.- Liaise with internal users regarding Good Receipts to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate procurement documentation and records, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

**Planning & Reporting**:

- Participate in procurement planning and reporting activities to support strategic decision-making.

**General Support**:

- Provide strategic support and execute additional assignments as required to meet business objectives.

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive, attention to details, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
