Core responsibilities
- **Accounting tasks**:

- Recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and preparing payment vouchers.
- Entering and updating financial data in ledgers and other records.
- Supporting with the preparation of financial reports.
- **Administrative tasks**:

- Handling general office duties, including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Performing data entry and maintaining proper filing systems.
- Coordinating and following up on pending administrative matters.
- Assisting with office operations, such as managing petty cash, and handling telephone inquiries.
- **Support and coordination**:

- Assisting the finance team with daily accounting duties.
- Communicating with vendors and clients regarding payments and account information.
- Performing other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Common requirements
- **Education**: A secondary school/SPM/“O” Level certificate is a minimum, with a diploma in a relevant field like finance or business being a plus.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is often required. Experience with accounting software like MYOB is advantageous. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are also important and experience in SQL will be added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
