Responsibilities:

- Provide effective and efficient support to inventory relevant matters.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Implement and oversee inventory management systems to streamline operations.
- Schedule and coordinate cycle counts and stock takes for both stores and warehouses as needed.
- Perform compliance audits of store systems in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and address recurring issues.
- Enhance processes to create a more operation-friendly environment for inventory management.
- Establish and maintain standard guidelines related to inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions to facilitate reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to schedule timely inventory deliveries from warehouses to stores.
- Continuously review inventory levels to ensure stock remains within acceptable ranges.
- Supervise overall logistics activities to guarantee smooth operations across all store locations.
- Manage scheduled maintenance services with vendors for store operations, including pest control and other essential services.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in any related field
- Minimum 1 -2 years of warehouse / logistics / supply chain experience (preferably with the F&B industry)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
