WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Strategise and support the execution Corporate Solutions member segment strategy to drive engagement of member base and subsequent cross-selling of individual Life/Takaful and voluntary scheme policies.

Develop CS member segment strategies & proposition to drive engagement of CS member base and subsequent cross-selling
- Plan strategically, execute and implement CS members engagement strategies; this includes identifying performance gaps to revise strategy if needed to ensure goals are met;
- Create value proposition and reach out strategy/programs to optimize member engagement, and maximise cross selling;
- Segmenting and differentiating corporate members’ database to identify and prioritize relevant member segments and determine needs and offerings (cross-sell opportunities);
- Work with Distribution Channels to develop understanding of what resonates with Life Planner and their’ pain points in engaging CS member base and cross-selling, and strategize initiatives accordingly;
- To work with Distribution Channels, Product Marketing and other relevant stakeholders for execution of go-to-market propositions with new product offerings, campaigns or initiatives to drive cross-selling

Responsible for product/campaign/initiative to drive engagement and LIG cross-selling by working with internal (CS) and external (non-CS) functions
- Work with Marketing, Actuarial, Operations, IT to design new product offering or campaigns based on market needs and Sales feedback, from conceptualization to launch
- Create customized proposition based on current and new products/campaigns across the company for agency force, corporate client and employee base
- Develop marketing materials lead generation activities - generate hot leads from CS member base, lead assignment and report tracking
- Prepare pitching and training materials, conduct briefing sessions to internal staff, trainers/distribution channel department and operational teams
- Monitor the product/campaign progress, gather insights on areas of success/failure post launch
- Maintenance of overall proposition and marketing materials and manage other ad-hoc initiatives

Align strategic objectives of Corporate Solutions and Agency Distribution to drive cross-selling to CS member base
- Work directly with Sales team to ensure quality execution, activity management and cross sales conversions
- Analyse monthly cross sales data and report to Management with insights and recommendation
