**Job Description**:

Training Planner Supervisor

**Business Objectives**
- Allocation of crew flight and ground training activities in a compliant fashion
- Liaison with training service and facility providers to secure necessary slots in an optimum fashion
- Adequate and even distribution of the resources to ensure uniform balancing
- Highlight resourcing constraints and proactive strategics to address prior to publication
- Conform to individual crew qualification requirements and control of crew profiles within AIMS
- Ensure transparent management of crew resource and rosters

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Work within a team responsible for the crew training schedule production across the Group of AOC’s
- Allocate training resources and activities in line and within manpower targets on a daily basis to ensure optimal distribution and availability of flying crew to cover the operations
- Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response across the business
- Secure and manage bookings of internal and external training resources including manpower, facilities, simulators, etc
- Ensure crew remain qualified without loss of productivity through any form of qualification on conformity
- Continuously track crew compliance to ensure a full audit trail and corrective action where necessary.
- Produce the balanced crew training plan ahead of roster planning commencement
- Update qualifications etc within AIMS as appropriate
