This role offers hands-on experience in food product development, quality assurance, and process optimization. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and taste.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- assist in daily qa/qc production monitoring including checking incoming raw materials and end product, HACCP document management, and stock checking.
- assist in the formulation of new products, testing recipes, and improving existing product lines.
- record and document all relevant findings related to new product development, product improvements, food safety, etc.
- participate in sensory evaluation to evaluate product performance and provide feedback for refinement.
- collaborate with the team to improve production processes for efficiency and sustainability.
- perform any work or responsibility assigned by the management as and when necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
- Passion for food innovation and product development.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office; familiarity with lab equipment is a bonus.

**Job Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Fresh grads are welcomed).
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or other food safety practices is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English & Malay.
