**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- Overseeing all warehouse daily operations activities that involve receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data from the system.
- Process and check orders received through the system.
- Ensure sufficient shelf life of stocks and distribution using FIFO practice.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of products stored
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Responsible for the overall daily warehouse operations, stock in and out flow movement as well as maintaining a proper storage and inventory system management
- Design detail SOP for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods to our customers on a timely basis as per scheduled
- To ensure stocks returned from outlets are processed and arranged accordingly
- Ensure all documentations are in order and entered correctly into the system.
- Constantly review Warehouse layout and equipment to ensure smooth and optimal warehouse efficiency
- To be responsible for overall warehouse 5S, tidiness, cleanliness and safety issues.
- To work with Retail branch operation integration with the logistic operation
- Assist in any ad hoc assignments and preparation of ad hoc reports for management

**JOB REQUIREMENT: -**
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Management / Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management and familiar with delivery planning
- A good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
