**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
▪ Conduct Internal Halal Audit and Assist in JAKIM Audit.
▪ Liaise with suppliers to verify Halal status of ingredients and update the ingredients list.
▪ Maintain and organize Halal documentation (Certificates, compliance reports, SOPs).
▪ Ensure Halal Policy is clearly understood and implemented.
▪ Manage MYeHalal system and Internal Halal Committee Records.
▪ Assist in onboarding, order and inventory system management.
▪ Support daily F&B Operations when required.
▪ Carry out additional duties as assigned by the halal manager or management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
▪ Diploma or Higher in Food Science, Halal Management, Islamic Studies or related fields.
▪ Halal Executive certification from JAKIM or any recognized body is a must.
▪ Strong understanding of Halal certification processes.
▪ Have sufficient knowledge of Halal Standards and JAKIM certification requirements.
▪ Diligent, proactive and fast learners.

**BONUS SKILLS (PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY)**

▪ Knowledge of HACCP, GMP or food safety practices.
▪ Familiarity with Syariah Laws.
▪ Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers, team members and authorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
