**Responsibility**:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Department through tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining organized and efficient departmental files and records.
2. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
3. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for departmental processes and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management review.
5. Ad hocs : Required to perform any ad hocs related as per requested.
**Requirements**:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
- Experience : Entry-level position; prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
